Аннотация: One of the most crucial activities for top management in any organization is to figure out the supply chain strategy of their businesses. In the past, most of the organization owners handled the operation easier than nowadays due to the number of competitors and changing customers` habits. However, recently, managers have to know and simplify their strategies and must have knowledge of how to suit their business aligned with the needs of customers. Many firms had to change their strategies to be survived in competitive marketplaces. This book presents a practical study on assessing supply chain strategy.
