Discrete Mathematics. A Novel Approach

      Аннотация: Mathematics plays a vital role in our lives. This is one of the important subjects which not only decides the careers of many a young students but also enhances their ability of analytic and rational thinking. There are many applications of mathematics in field of science, engineering, mechanics, physics etc. It is generally think that mathematics is a difficult and dry subject. But when it is presented in a systematic and illustrative manner, it becomes much easier for even a beginner to understand and appreciate. Discrete Mathematics is a fundamental course for students of computer science application and applied mathematics. The first three units cover the standard materials sets, relations and functions. Next come unit on logic, matrices, counting and probability. Each unit begins with a clear statement of relevant definitions, principles and theorems with illustrative and other descriptive material. To make the subject mathematics easy and interesting main concentration is given on concepts and tries to explain these concepts through enough examples.
