Аннотация: As long as life was simple, the process of decision making depended mainly on man's capabilities and experience. Many problems faced decision making process as everyday interests and administrative tasks grew more complex and interconnected, and many products and services are provided by different organizations. So it has become imperative to search for more effective methods and efficient systems to support decision-making process. Decision making process is linked to many humanities, social and natural sciences. This process has become inevitable in order to reach more sound and correct decisions than those produced by primitive ways. Some considers administration as a process of decision making per se, therefore administration seeks to apply approaches of other sciences, including mathematics and statistics, to support this process. Science-based approaches have been employed to collect, collate and analyze data and information for the purpose of reaching optimal decision. This work studies one of the most important researches in artificial intelligence methods; that is; parallel ant colony algorithm to solve the multicriteria decision making problems.
