      Аннотация: Professional Development is a crucial element of employee effectiveness. In this work, Professional development of teachers in particular was studied. It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that his employees are continuously developed. It is through this that the school can recognize better results from the students. All stakeholders in the Education sector including parents, sponsors, Principals and Teacher supervisors are supposed to be concerned and involved to ensure that the teachers are well developed.
