Аннотация: Western culture is a dominating culture which is renowned all over the world. But the reality is, it is aquiring many country's indigenous culture. Bangladesh is one of them. As a third world country, the culture and tradition of this country is more vulnerable. After the independence, Bangladesh have gone many transitional periods and these periods brought many changes to it. But all the changes were not positive. The entrance af western culture was one of them. Though there are many positive sides of western culture, but unfortunately people of Bngladesh is adopting its negative sides. The most easy victims are young and teen-age people. They are much vulnerable to allien culture than any other age group. This study is a research work which is based on statistical techniques. Data were collected from the members of young generation from a big metropolitan city of Bangladesh as a sample. Results indicates that, most of the young people are habituated to adopt western culture and they have adopted many bad sides of it. Though they also adopted some positive sides, But it is a matter of hope that still most of them are conscious till now against these odds.
