Аннотация: Sustainable increase in agricultural production relies on the optimum use of available resources, and integrated plant nutrient management system can serve better option in the developing countries like Nepal. Appropirate extension approach greatly determines the adoption of integrated plant nutrient management systems by farmers and its impacts on social and economic spheres. This study gives indicative results of the integrated approach of plant nutrient management and the Farmer’s field school in Sanga VDC, Kavre Nepal. Results from this study are considered to be important for the researchers and academicians as well as to the development workers who are working in the field of sustainable agriculture.
