Аннотация: For the progress the mankind has paid a price-environmental pollution and its ill-effects on human health. While steps to progress cannot be reversed it is essential to adopt measures supportive to maintaining 'total health'. One may have to think differently to achieve results. In the words of the author "when mind stops to perceive or acknowledge new ideas one attains intellectual death". Health may have to be redefined to include element of pollution. Pollution of the air we breath, water we drink, or food we consume is taking heavy toll on individual health. Hence this short book on environmental pollution and its adverse effects on human health.
