Synthesis and Characterization of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles. On Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, and Nanomaterial

      Аннотация: This book reports study on the synthesis and characterization of ZnO nanoparticles by a two-step synthesis procedure. The first step is the solution-free mechanochemical synthesis of zinc tartarate followed by thermal decomposition. The synthesized ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by XRD,Uv-Vis spectrophotometer,Transmission electron microscope, Scanning electron microscope, Energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy and Elemental mapping analysis techniques, and the corresponding results were clearly described in this work.I confidently recommend that this book can be used as a reference for physicists, chemists and university students concerning to the fields of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
