Аннотация: Higher hazard of death was noted in patients who started treatment after a month of period diagnosed as MDR-TB, smoker, HIV positive and who have clinical complication during the treatment period. Therefore, reinforcing the existing treatment program to include all MDR-TB patients and urgent need for non-medical interventions are necessary to improve patients’ survival in Ethiopia.
