Аннотация: “Anyone can become angry – that is easy. Stress is a feeling that emanate when we react to particular events, or to be simple it is the way how a human body reacts to a challenge and prepare itself to meet tough situations with focus,strength, stamina and tightened alertness. According to Hans Selye, ‘it is not stress that kills us; but it's our reaction to it'. Emotional intelligence can be summarised as emotions plus intelligence. It describes how we manage our emotions using our intelligence so that we stay balanced, focused and in control – no matter what challenges we faces.
