Strategic Human Asset Management: A Success of Human Capital Resources.

      Аннотация: Human Resource in an organisation has always been treated as "ordinary" resource but the success of any organisation/industry is dependent on the efficiency and effectiveness of the human beings which are working in the organisation at different hierarchy levels. Lot of research has gone into the topic and various strategies have been formed for the welfare of the human beings in the organisation.But is it only the strategies which are going to work for the human resources??
