Аннотация: Most of the research which has been carried out within the field of architectural sustainability focuses on energy efficiency because it can be a key for sustainable buildings now and in the near future. Thus buildings orientations is one of the key methods that the designers could pay attention on. However, it may be interesting to know what happens if the built forms are placed in improper orientation. For conducting such an experiment, it may be required to construct similar-designed built forms on the same lot. Luckily we have such an arrangement in Azimpur Government Housing estate, Dhaka city. The purpose of the study was to find out some selected parameters of internal climates in four similarly designed by dis-similarly oriented built forms through 'simultaneous measurements' and then to find out whether and how far those varies. In view of the same architectural design, material for construction and same construction, the reason for variation in climate, if there be any, can be taken to due to the change of orientation. This research should especially useful to professionals who deal with the Climate, Architecture and Built form.
