Аннотация: Primarily the study was conducted to find out the possible concept of Filipino farmers’ happiness. Another concern of this study was to know the level of happiness of farmers and what best predict their happiness. The data were gathered using qualitative interview and survey type questionnaire. These were analyzed using thematic approach, regression analysis, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation. Results showed that common themes on the result of the qualitative interview were the positive and negative experiences of Filipino farmers, sources of farmers’ happiness, conditions depicting farmers’ happiness and farmers’ inner thoughts and feelings of happiness. The primary sources of farmers’ happiness were their family, social and work life. The results of qualitative interview showed that farmers were happy. Two prominent themes were observed on the conceptualization of happiness of farmers. These themes were farmer’s resiliency and farmer’s sources of happiness. Within these two themes, farmers’ happiness may be viewed. In general, Filipino farmers possessed high level of happiness as verified in the quantitative part.
