Аннотация: In Accra, Ghana, voluntary HIV counseling and testing (VCT) is an essential intervention for HIV prevention, care and treatment, and includes components and minimum standards outlined in both national and international guidelines. This descriptive study describes HIV VCT service delivery within the district, and compared findings to the WHO and UNAIDS-established guidelines. This descriptive study captured key characteristics of testing services in 2003-2004.
