Аннотация: Natural convection flows are applicable to many engineering applications such as cooling of electronic packages, buildings and ventilation etc. Their accurate prediction ensures economical designs and sustainability of the created objects even though practical flows occur at Ra??10?^10. The enclosure is heated steadily from below and cooled at the top while the rest of the side-walls are treated to be adiabatic. The fluid is constantly passed through a fixed inlet and an outlet on the opposite side. The standard k-e model is applied to cater for the turbulent kinetic energy and its rate of dissipation. Finite difference method was applied to the equations and they were iteratively solved to analyze the effects of magnetic field on velocity, temperature distribution and heat transfer within the enclosure.

The study concerns with motion and conditions that cause the motion. This book presents a numerical study of the structure of the flow and heat transfer rates due to temperature differences on opposite walls in an enclosure. The... | 34755 тг |
