      Аннотация: Why does performance of students with similar cognitive abilities differ when cognitive abilities are said to contribute to the performance of students? One important component that would make this difference is motivation. A teacher, hence, has to establish a motivating environment for learning besides imparting knowledge and skills. This book provides an engaging invitation into such an environment where a composite and well controlled training programme, is developed and implemented based on the cognitive constructs of motivation involving students in academic tasks.
