Effect of P, Mo & Rhizobium Inocul. on the Growth & Yield of Mungbean.

      Аннотация: This book includes research findings of MS thesis written by M. M. H. Bhuiyan Soil Scientist of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) containing the result on the effect of phosphorus, molybdenum and Rhizobium inoculation on the growth and yield of mungbean. The tables, graphs and citations have made it a precious resource book for soils scientists, agronomists, pulses researchers, extension personnel’s, teachers and post graduate students in these disciplines. Sincere and careful use of these book recommendations would be very helpful in achieving knowledge on soil micro-organism, micronutrient and maintaining soil fertility. It covers the response of mungbean to applied chemical fertilizer viz. phosphorus and molybdenum on nodulation, plant growth, yield and yield contributing characters. It also suggests for using environmental friendly bio-fertilizer in instead of nitrogenous fertilizer for growing mungbean successfully as well as increase agricultural productivity and sustaining soil fertility under agro-ecological zones of Bangladesh.
