Аннотация: The use of ICT in teaching has become necessary in Education System with the growing demand for ICT knowledge and skills in the society. The ICT-blended teaching has been mandated in the Bhutanese Education System but there is very little or no academic literature on factors influencing the teachers’ use of ICT in teaching. This book, therefore, provides established factors, such as, personal, social and behavioral that determine the teachers’ use of ICT in teaching and recommends the strategies to motivate and inspire teachers to effectively integrate ICT. The findings should be useful for educationist, curriculum designers, and information and communication professionals, and should benefit local researchers, or anyone else who wish to learn about Bhutan’s Education System.
