Аннотация: It is a research on the social conditions,like abolition of child labor, abolition of bonded labor, law related to prostitution, punishment should be measured in social interest, reforms in environment law,economic reform and other important matters like ground of dissolution's of marriage to Muslim women,adoption, share of women in succession,Muslim women are entitled,etc., I have conducted various methods of tests,investigations and inquiries about the people how they are living in different societies.The present policy of the state is social welfare and on the concept of social justice.Therefore whether people are living in various places how they are expressing their grievances about the administration of the state.Itis a problem every where in the world how better we can solve these problems are my objects and to find out actual problems of the society. The present society in need of social justice therefore iris my research project to study on the conditions with few sample surveys of the society based on living and exercising of their rights and how they are getting social justice with the administration of the state in the state it is the problem of international community.
