Аннотация: The book highlights the effects of psychological contract on employee relations in medium sized enterprises. The book depicts the need to cultivate strong employee relations as a best practice in people management in organizations.to retain and attract best talents for them to enjoy a competitive edge. The book was based on unitary and pluralist theories and psychological theories.
