Advancing TVET Quality through Regional Accreditation.

      Аннотация: The Asia Pacific region has undergone dramatic transformation in the recent years. Its unique features comprise the coexistence of developed & developing economies. With the rapid pace of technological change, there is a growing demand for competent workforce, which is highly responsive to the evolving industry & consumer needs. The challenges of human resources & related issues are crucial to endure progress & make significant achievements in reaching sustainable development for the region. With a renewed focus in technical and vocational education & training (TVET) in specific reference to achieve inclusive growth is gaining wide acceptance across the region. Addressing the chronic mismatches between qualification framework, skills acquired and actual skills required in the workplace, quality of existing education & training system are pressing challenges in the region.
