Аннотация: More than fifty (50) years after the independences,Africa is still economically, politically, culturally, socially in crisis. In spite of initiatives, the continent is the home of wars,HIV/AIDS,discourage poverty, lower rate of education, unemployment, delirious urbanization,a worst sanitary system, etc. The social fracture is depth that we need to seek to know African's responsibilities to bandage it.In fact, the question is why in spite of the political forces that exist we do not resolve our problems? When we become thinking how to build society and with whom? The answer is now and with new class of leaders (youths) to build another Africa. Concretely, one should now communicate with this class so that the well identified errors should be rectified. This needs a new class of visionary people capable of putting Africa’s interest forward.we need to empower them for essential sustainable economic growth and sustainable management of the Africa’s resources. This book allows the African young people to reach the information in real time and invites them to actively participate to the development of this continent, today as young citizens and tomorrow,as leaders.
