Аннотация: Given the role that knowledge management can play consistently on the enterprise changes,and need to develop human resources in the implementation of knowledge management, on the one hand and important position of cooperative sector in country economics, on the other hand, led to the researchers study the relationship between knowledge management and human resource performance of the agricultural cooperatives. Data were collected with a questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of questionnaire and its value was obtained 92/7 per cent. Questionnaire were distributed between members of agricultural cooperatives in East Azarbaijan Province. The results of this study show that the relationship between knowledge management and human resource performance of the agricultural cooperatives in East Azarbaijan Province is significant and positive correlation, and increase or decrease of knowledge management components have positive and significant correlation effect on the performance of human resources knowledge maintain by coefficient 28 percent has highest regression effect on the human resource function variable.
