Microfinance and Rural Entrepreneurship Development in India. An Analysis of Empirical Evidence

      Аннотация: This book is based on research and extensive field work. Basically it is an important document of experiences in Self Help Group (SHGs) and Grameen Group of Microfinance in India. The book reflects the rural entrepreneurship development of India in general and Birbhum District of State West Bengal in particular. It can serve as reference book for Entrepreneurship Development, Rural Development, and Micro Finance related studies in India.The book examined the role played by microfinance promotion agencies and SHGs in promotion and effective management of micro enterprises.It also analyzed the role of microfinance as motivating factor to pursue and run their enterprise.
