Аннотация: Emotional intelligence is a positive and exciting topic with enormous implications for area of education. Emerging interdisciplinary research and studies from education, business, psychology, and behavioural medicine are showing clear and significant contributions of emotional intelligence to human performance, personal health, and resilience. Among four components of emotional intelligence, i.e., Intra-personal and Inter-personal Awareness, Intra-personal and Inter-personal Management, very few works are available on the last three. These three components are in detail studied. The work also assessed the difference between the Emotional Intelligence of PG girls and boys in relation to age, various faculties, academic achievement, food habit, residence and the income status.
