      Аннотация: This book is an attempt to put together related thoughts touching on issues of an international concern. The title of the book draws from the various issues discussed in the respective chapters. The book focuses on issues touching on the structural issues in the international system, trade matters under the World Trade Organization (WTO), diplomacy, international security, philosophy and human rights. It is hoped that it will provide an opportunity to initiate dialogue on key topical issues around matters that have a regional as well as international bearing.The book is conveniently divided into five parts for ease of linking the related issues.
