Determination of Adulteration of Anti-obesity Drug. In Herbal Medicinal Products: Development and Validation of Analytical Method

      Аннотация: In this era of fast growth, the problems arises very rapidly and that makes all the governments of various countries of the world to take preventive steps very immediately. in the list of various problems health problem are the prime and obesity is the one of the health problems in various countries of the world. obesity is a rapidly growing problem in the whole world, and it is the most highlighted by every type of communications. Sibutramine is anorexic drug acting by serotonin neurotransmitter. But Sibutramine is recently banned in various countries due to few life threatening cardiac side effects. Sibutramine is one of the possible adulterant of the slimming Herbal medicinal Products. The purpose of this was to identify and quantify the Sibutramine in the Slimming Herbal medicinal products in less time with accurate result. This method will be useful for the routine analysis of illegally added Sibutramine in the Herbal Medicinal Products.
