It has been tried to collect all of the available evidences in this regard. Various kinds of rehabilitation methods including, exercise, use of functional electrical stimulation, mechanical orthoses, external powered orthoses, hybrid orthoses and robotic devices have being used for this group of subjects. In this book the outcomes of rehabilitation based on these approaches have been compared.
