Аннотация: Implementation of suitable methodology is a crucial feature of any quality research studies irrespective of the discipline with which they are related. The present book provides the basic of straightforward and inexpensive investigation method with the help of live case study so that world wide researchers may become familiar with the art of using Field data base method of research. In the field of academic research, the academicians are facing a lot of problems due to limitation of the various sources required for the research. Number of technical papers and research reports has addressed various methods and tools for the research. However, it is impossible for those who are interested to be aware for the simple and easy methods of research. The author has focused the heuristic approach of research which helps the universal researchers to carry out their research in a very easy and efficient way. The FDBM helps to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the existing field under investigation and takes the corrective action for improvements. This book explains the various steps involved in the FDBM approach with the help of live industrial case study of machining industry.
