Аннотация: Selection has been a characteristic of humanity since prehistoric times, it can be spotted during the history thereof by the works of literature. In myths, legends, heroes appeared to be better, more suitable for doing some kinds of tasks (heroic deeds) based on certain abilities of them. In football: the development pace of children is well known in the field of their physical abilities, technical levels, however, the examination of the development of their mind is less cultivated. Thinking comprises such diverse activities, which are difficult to be formulated or measured. We are attempting to examine only a really small segment in the case of selection for football; we are trying to measure the level of tactical and action regulating thinking during the game. This field contains more development opportunities, the aim of the book is to reveal this undiscovered area in details. The most suitable team can be found for each child and he can be directed there, to play there, as it is the only way for him to get such stimuli, which can enhance his development and he can only get access to real sense of success in a team suitable to his abilities.
