Аннотация: Formal and informal institutions are the guiding principles of human life. Life is a function of culture,social interaction, mobility and capability of getting livelihoods. Sociological thoughts (evolutionary, conflict and symbolic interaction theories) enabled people moving in social dimension of development. To date developing world in general, Sub-Saharan Africa in particular are concerned with social sciences through which level of living can be improved with more social interventions.
