Аннотация: Electricity production form coal based power plant is the cheapest and technologically suitable method. The use of coal in these power plant results in to production of fly ash. The extent of production of fly ash depends upon type and quality of coal used like lignite, anthracite bituminous and sub bituminous coal. The fly ash spreads around thermal power plant. The fly ash also dispersed off in the form of slurry or sludge, in the near by area of Thermal Power Plant i.e. at disposal sites. The soil becomes infertile and may convert in to barren land due to leaching . The constituents of fly ash after disposal may pollute the water. The severity of pollution may remains high and uncured for years to come. It is necessary to find the proper solution to fly ash problem. The hues quantity of waste fly ash can be reuse as a resource and row material in various process by studding its recycling and reuse potential. The proposed work will be help full for solving fly ash problem and development of recover, reuse and recycle techniques may identify the fly ash is a value added product and not a waste
