      Аннотация: This book is a product of a study on the effects of strategic planning on employee performance in the health sector in Kenya. Promoting health sector priorities from the perspective of health workers is critically analyzed and evaluated using Strategic Planning Tools. These priorities address specific issues touching on strategy formulation, choice and implementation. These issues all boil down to key management decisions in the health sector in Kenya.
