      Аннотация: The book discusses the innovative growth areas for management processes in healthcare institutions of the Russian Federation. The author defines the basic principles and methodological approaches that are required for the formation of a process-oriented medical management system based on business processes and suggests an indicator framework for evaluating the efficiency of process-oriented management aimed at improving the medical service quality.
