Government Policies on Tourism and their Impact on Foreign Investment.

      Аннотация: “Cameroon is a land of great diversity and color”. Diversity is evident in its many cultures (more than 280 languages; many different peoples; ancient traditions from festivals to fantasia; and rare tribal masks) in its climate from the hot, arid north to southern tropical rainforest and cooler, wetter Centre. Its colors are vivid: in women’s dresses, particularly on market days; in its colorful foliage (epitomized by the ubiquitous flamboyant trees), its lush green vegetation and bright red earth; in its range of brightly colored birds; in its national football strip, which reflects the colors of the national flag and the country’s ethos. Cameroon’s wildlife is also diverse: from lion, elephant, buffalo, rhinoceros, hippopotamus and crocodile to the rare lowland forest gorilla and several species that are endemic like the Derby’s Eland. Government’s involvement and regulations is to the author the major key to a total overhaul of Cameroon’s tourism industry. Discover the government policies that underline the sustainability of these natural resources that make Cameroon a potential tourist destination dubbed “All of Africa in one country”.
