Аннотация: This production is the result of 15 Regional Forums, 1 State Forum and Search "The Unveiling of the Reality of Care for Drug Users in Mato Grosso / Brazil", an agreement between UFMT and SEJUDH / MT in order to develop the State Policy on Drugs - PEAD, realigned the National Policy on Drugs - PNAD. The locus of the study, is considered route flow of cocaine, marijuana and other drugs, has broad land borders and borders with drug producers countries. Worsen the levels of violence, crime and drug use and abuse with serious consequences for drug addicts themselves, family and state. Action research was the type used in this research. The Theoretical framework stopped in legislation; BUCHER (1992); DE LEON (2003); DELANDES (2007) and others. The results contributed to the consolidation of PEAD; for expressing the concerns of the population concerning the commitment between subject and object of research; investments in the production of scientific knowledge; provide treatment in the public health system, cooperation and various partnerships; recognition of the differences between the user and the drug dealer; guarantee permanent budget allocations for the State Fund on Drugs.
