Аннотация: In the contemporary life-style, human-beings are susceptible to stress in every phase of life. From the childhood to the late adulthood, stress acts as a threat to health-physical, psychological, social and spiritual. Stress can be effectively dealt with an appropriate coping mechanism. Hope and self-esteem are two important aspect of positive mental health, plays a crucial role in eliminating personal stress in contemporary life, especially during the phase of emerging adulthood. Hope is an inner force which guides the individuals within, towards achievement of a specific goal. Self-esteem refers to a person’s overall evaluation of himself. Self-esteem is confidence in our ability to think and to cope with the basic challenges of life and confidence in our right to be happy, the feeling of being worthy, deserving. Emerging adulthood is a developmental phase distinct from both adolescents and young adulthood, occurring between the age of 18 and 25 in industrialized societies. This book mainly focuses on the important of hope and self-esteem at emerging adulthood. How these two positive thinking approach help in overcome from personal stress at emerging adulthood and in their life.
