      Аннотация: Conflict is natural which occurs at various occasions be it at the individual or institutional levels. Its magnitude, causes and coping strategies are also different. Hence, proper management of such dispute is mandatory to promote productivity, have better and joyful life as well as increases organizational commitment, enhance group loyalty, lead to better decision, facilitate change and so forth. To make use of these and other benefits from conflict we need to manage properly. Each of us has our own preference of handling these confrontations in our work place or at the interpersonal level in a constructive way.
