The Integral Leadership of Dr. Jane Goodall. An Interpretive Biographical Case Study of Her Life

      Аннотация: This book provides a look into the inspirational leadership of a woman of peace who tirelessly works to spread a message of hope for a better world. The study of ethologist and primatologist Dr. Jane Goodall’s life offers a multi-dimensional perspective of leadership development. Her leadership is analyzed using a four-quadrant framework in the areas of her beliefs and behavior; and organizational systems and culture of the Jane Goodall Institute. Her life story reveals the transformational catalysts that influenced her development from a young woman studying chimpanzees in the forests of Tanzania, Africa to start the nonprofit organization the Jane Goodall Institute, to then becoming an animal and environmental activist, and later in life becoming a world messenger of peace working toward the common good of humanity.
