Fingerprints - and their individuality - are one of the most important pieces of evidence that can be presented in the prosecuting of any crime. Fingerprints verification is one of the most reliable personal identification method and it plays a very important role in forensic application like criminal investigation. Fingerprints collected at a crime scene can be used to identify suspects, victims and other persons who touched the surface. Fingerprint scans can be used to validate electronic registration, cashless catering and library access especially in schools and colleges.
