An ancient text we forget to acknowledge - “The Indriya Sth?na”. A division from ‘Caraka Samhit? – the treasure of clinical & scientific knowledge’

      Аннотация: ? The Indriya Sth?na of Caraka Samhit? is an Authentic, Scientific and relevant ?ptopDe?a, and hence no intelligent person should question its significance. ? It is very important to understand the Prak?ti and Vik?ti before studying the Ari??a. ? Though all the Ari??a Lak?a??s given in Indriya Sth?na can not be examined by the modern parameters, still they are found in the patients and are quite significant. ? More the number of Ari??a in a person the more is the Nityatva (certainty) of Ari??a, therefore chances of fatality are more in cases with more number of Ari??a. ? The group of Ari??a Lak?a??s, related to Pr??a and Ud?na V?yu and ?ir?s were found to be the more significant groups of Ari??a, as far as the Ari??a Lak?a?a and fatality is concerned according the case study. ? The Ari??a related to ?v?sa and Murch? were observed in a higher proportion in both the type of Groups. ? Classifying Ari??a with different aspects helps in better understanding of prognosis of the patient. ? The Indriya Sth?na has a major role in the field of medicine as it is very important for the Medico legal aspect of the field of medicine, as well as in planning a better treatment plan for the patient.
