Personality Traits and Decision Making of B.Ed, Students.

      Аннотация: Personalities are distinctive. Each individual behaves according to certain distinctive patterns throughout a variety of situations. Humans are finely tuned to observe these behaviour patterns of acquaintances and to notice behavior differences among people. Personality traits are the most important factor which decides the students’ future nowadays. In classroom environment teachers are identifying the bright student and dull student by their personality only. Different permutations and combinations of these personality traits lead to character building and personality development of the individual. Knowledge of these personality traits can help one at bringing himself to a point of self improvement.Decision-making makes it possible to adopt the best course of action in carrying out a given task. When there are different ways of performing a task, it becomes necessary to find out the best way and that is what decision-making is all about. The course of action finally selected should produce the best results.
