Facebook is for leisure and fun, LinkedIn is for professional networking, you can share your slides on slide share, on Blog Spot you can express your opinion and views, you can upload documents, videos, slides. But your objective should be clear. However most of the time we get confused and don’t have the clear objective. Similarly in office, every employee gets synergised with social media as well developing the skills of knowing the unknown, information on all interested subjects which keeps him updated and make him productive day by day. Today social networking becomes the order of the day in all work spots. People keep updating about themselves for enhancing their knowledge across the globe which is not possible in any other means, information to all within few seconds for the benefit of the receiver as well as the office team members. Future generation may leverage their knowledge in versatile fields which is not possible without social media. People make use of each network, based on their needs, whether for professional work or personal achievement.
