Аннотация: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship on the relationships between job burnout and frontline bank employee’s in-role performance. Rises in rudeness of manner and verbal aggression by consumers and the pressures of work-life balance inject additional doses of daily burnout to the already stressful work environments of frontline employees. To understand the system that governs the productivity and in-role performance of service employees, job burnout shows an important role in the success of an organization. Due to conflicting and negative consequences of job burnout on the organizational objectives and employee’s in-role performance, the current study was organized in an effort to bring forth realization in the organizational setting of the evolution of burnout in developing countries. The objective of this study examines the role of corporate entrepreneurship as a mediator between job burnout and in-role performance of frontline bank employees.
