Аннотация: Someone’s sexuality determines social treatment that may be engaged. If someone does not follow the mainstream, he needs to be ready of prejudices. Despite of all public extreme negation, there are still gays who open their homosexuality. They face severe condition of being neglected. In consequence, it influences their behavior and speaking, including the argots practice. This book covers the general pattern of the argots produced by gay and how argots signify gay sexual identity. It is observed that the argots used in gay community in Malang are in the form of coinage, blending, affixation, changing vowel & consonant, giving new meaning, and multiple processes. It also tells the general patterns of argot consisting of six processes. In addition, it can be notified that gay argots can signify gay sexual identity due to the reason that they are not produced for communication, but more in to generate the comfortability. The signification process of sexual identity emerges due to the severe condition. As long as the existence of gays is still being oppressed by the mainstream, gays will actualize their sexual identity because it is significant as a mark of their own survival.
