Аннотация: This book is analyzing obstacles and challenges that are facing small and middle scale business enterprises (SMEs) due to lack of knowledge management (km) processes. These missing km processes are covering four dimensions of km, those are km leadership, km culture, km technology, and km measurement. The SMEs are trying to catch up in the market's competition (local market, regional market, continental market, and global market. The latter, which is a tuning to globalization, is not possible for SMEs to go through without proper successful and efficient implementation of km processes. In other words: If SMEs wish to prosper, they must tailor knowledge management's processes based on their objectives and strategies, so, to make them achievable.
