Impact of voluntary retirement scheme in CRPF.

      Аннотация: The book provides an insight of the voluntary retirement scheme of Govt. of India, throws light on pros & cons of selecting the scheme. The study nor only provide in depth study of reasons of employees opting for VRS but also weighing its utility and effectiveness. The outcomes will also help the employer, i.e the Government in this came, in formulation of a more purposeful VRS plan in CRPF and other like organisation.
