Health Related Fitness Norms for School Boys. Construction of Health Related Fitness Norms and their comparison between urban and rural students

      Аннотация: The book is based on a researh study conducted by taking two objectives. First objective was to Construct Health Related Fitness for Urban & Rural School Boys. Second Objective was to Compare Health Related Physical Fitness Components between Urban and Rural school boys. Static Group Comparison Design was used for the study. Two groups (Urban and Rural) were made of subjects each comprising of one hundred subjects; these subjects participated voluntarily in the study. To Construct Health Related Fitness Norms, 7 Sigma Scale (Hull Scale) was Used. To Compare Health Related Physical Fitness Components between Urban and Rural Students, Independent T-Test was used. The Level of Significance was set at .05 level. The book is benificial for physical education teachers and coaches.
