Аннотация: Job analysis is a complex variable and is influenced by many situational factors of the job as well as the dispositional characteristics of the individual. In modern society, the needs and wants of the people are ever increasing and ever changing. But their needs are not fulfilled and they become dissatisfied. Dissatisfied peoples are likely to contribute very little for any purpose or poor achievement towards works. Further, employees are considered as back bone of any industrial development besides managerial and technical aspects. They should be provided with good working environment to utilize their contribution, through this they can able to boost their job satisfaction. Maintaining of satisfactory level is a continuous process and that needs to be sustained and developed as the individual and organisational factors change over the period of the time. There is a need of interest to have continuous reviews of what really influences the employees to have the job satisfaction. This book will be very useful for the extension research workers, management of the industries or institutions, scholars and teachers of the extension institutes.
