Аннотация: Obesity in children is a worldwide problem and the consequences are beginning to emerge from the early childhood: from resistance to insulin, glucose intolerance to hypertension and metabolic syndrome. The present study aims to investigate a method by which childhood obesity can be reduced. It is a health camp, which is for overweight children or children with obesity and wants to produce a significant weight loss that lasts throughout adult life.
